Present a niche, technical legal and urban-development service in a clear, trustworthy way — explaining how building-rights transfer works and guiding owners, developers, and partners toward contact.

What we did

A multi-section Next.js site with a rotating hero carousel, a step-by-step process walkthrough, a filterable portfolio of completed projects, a blog, an interactive SVG map of Brazil for geographic coverage, and a role-based contact form.

We made a niche legal mechanism legible: an interactive SVG map of Brazil and a contact form that routes by profile.

Results

  • Fully responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop

  • Custom interactive SVG map of Brazil and scroll-driven section animations

  • Role-based contact form, filterable portfolio, blog and FAQ accordion

  • Built on Next.js and live in production
